Under construction beginning in summer 2024, this Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) was designed for a young family seeking to expand their living options while creating long-term flexibility. The design provides comfortable accommodations for visiting family and guests while also offering the potential for rental income. Despite its compact footprint, the upper level includes two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and an open kitchen and living area, while the lower level provides a spacious garage and workshop.
